Using the Endless Chute.

The Endless Chute can be used for non-stop slicing and shredding

without having to stop and empty the Work Bowl. The total amount of

food you can slice or shred is limited only by the size of the receptacle

under the chute. You can replace the full receptacle with an empty

one and continue slicing or shredding.

1 Place the Endless Chute

on top of the Motor Base.

Turn the Endless Chute

clockwise to lock it onto

the Motor Base.

3 Carefully attach the

Slice/Shred Disc to the

Slinger Disc stem with

the required side (slice or

shred) facing up.

4 Place the Work Bowl Lid

on the Endless Chute

Work Bowl. Turn the Lid

clockwise, lining up the

markings on the Lid handle

and Work Bowl handle to

lock into place.

2 Insert the Slinger Disc

into the hole at the

bottom of the Endless

Chute. Push down so the

Slinger Disc is firmly and

securely in place.

Place the Direct Serve Attachment on top of the Motor Base.

Carefully place Slice/Shred Disc over the Slinger Disc

Place the Work Bowl Lid on the direct serve Work Bowl.

Insert the Slinger Disc into the hole at the bottom of the Direct Serve Attachment.

5 Place a receptacle for

processed food on the

counter under the Endless

Chute. You can use bowls

or saucepans. Those with

high (under 5 inches, or

12.7cm) straight sides

work best.

6 With the motor running,

place food into the Feed

Chute, carefully guiding it

down using the Food Pusher.

NOTE: Remember to cut one end of

the food flat if you are slicing to insert

into feed tube flat side down. Slinger

Disc will direct food through chute

into receptacle.

WARNING! Blades are

sharp! Handle carefully. Keep

fingers away from the disc and

rotate until the markings line

up and the disc sits in the

higher position.

WARNING! Never use

hands, fingers or utensils to

push food down into the Feed

Chute or Work Bowl. Only use

the Food Pusher provided.
