There may be a blockage in the

Check the oorhead hose, wands,
connections and accessories,

2 Machine is dicult to push
on carpet
The carpet pile is very deep or dense
and can cause high
pressure inside the oor head
Open the air valve on top of the
oorhead to reduce pressure, page 8

3 Floor brush cuts out on rugs
or carpet
The carpet or rug pile is very deep
and can cause high
pressure on the brush, the safety
system cuts power to the brush

4 Vacuum lifts area rugs The vacuum suction may be too high
and/or the brush roll is picking up
