5.2.1 Switch on and o
Switch the hob on and o
Switch on
Press and hold on the worktop for 1 second.
The indicator LEDs will light up.
The Novy controller switches on automatically.

Press and hold on the worktop for 1 second.
The indicator LEDs will extinguish.
The Novy controller switches o automatically.
Switch a cooking zone on and o
Switch on
Option 1:
– Place the pan on the desired cooking zone.
The corresponding LED will light up.
– The detailed screen of the cooking zone is displayed.
– Set the power level by turning the rotary knob of the
Novy controller. Press the rotary knob to confirm,
or wait 10 seconds.
Option 2:
– Select the desired cooking zone on the Novy
controller and set the power level using the rotary
knob.
– Place the pan on the set cooking zone.
Switch o
Select the desired cooking zone on the Novy controller
and turn the knob/push button anti-clockwise until
the display shows 0 or H
1
.
The hob and the controller switch o automatically if
no power level is selected within 60 seconds.
