6 CLEANING AND
MAINTENANCE
Follow all instructions as described in the
Safety section.
Before cleaning, check the cooking plate
has been fully switched o and the glass
above the cooking zones has cooled down.
Follow the cleaning instructions below for
a long life and optimum functioning of the
device.
6.1 Maintenance of the hob
Cleaning the worktop
Follow the cleaning instructions below or contact the
worktop manufacturer.

Cleaning the centrepoints
Clean with a slightly damp cloth with mild cleaning
agent and then dry with a soft cloth. Do not use
scouring pads or abrasive cleaning agents.
Cleaning the indicator LEDs
Gently wipe the surface with a slightly damp cloth,
using mild detergent if necessary (preferably after
every use).
Do not use scouring pads or abrasive cleaning agents.
Then dry the surface using a dry cloth. Always make
sure that any cloths you use are clean and soft to
avoid damaging the surface.
Caution: do not press too hard on the
silicone cover caps during cleaning to avoid
pushing them into the worktop.
