5.2.7 Flexzone
With this function, you can:
−
for the 3-zone hob (53006), combine the 2 right-hand
zones into 1 large cooking zone.
−
for the 4-zone hob (53007), combine the 2 left-hand
and 2 right-hand zones into 2 large cooking zones.
The function is automatically activated when a large
pot/pan is placed on the combined cooking surface.
The power function is not available when the Flexzone
is active.

Automatically switch Flexzone on
Place a large pot/pan on the combined cooking
surface
Manually switch Flexzone on
Select one of the 2 Flexzones and then press the
linking symbol
.
Switch Flexzone o
Select the zone and then press the unlink
symbol .
Or
Use the knob/push button to set the zone to 0.
When the Flexzone is enabled, this is shown on the
display of the Novy controller.
5.2.8 Grill function
This special cooking function optimises heating and
warming in a cast iron pot/grill plate. This will ensure
improved results of the food you are cooking.
Once the Flexzone is activated (5.2.7), this function
can be selected via the presets menu (5.1.2.2).
