2. Do not use while bathing.
3. Do not place or store this appliance where it could fall or be pulled into abathtub or sink.
4. Do not place or immerse the device in water or any other liquid.
5. Do not reach for an appliance that has fallen into water. Unplug the appliance immediately.
WARNING:
• This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical,
sensory or mental capabilities, or with alack of experience and knowledge, unless they have
been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by aperson responsible
for their safety.
• Children should be supervised so that they do not play with the appliance.
• Do not use this appliance near bathtubs, showers or other devices containing water.
• In order to avoid risk, if the power cord is damaged, it must be repaired or replaced by the
manufacturer, the maintenance department, or the professional personnel of asimilar
department.
• Always unplug the appliance after use.
• If the appliance overheats, it switches o automatically. Unplug the appliance and let it cool
down for afew minutes.
• If the mains cable is damaged, it must be replaced by aqualied person to avoid ahazard.
• For additional protection, we recommend installing aresidual current device (RCD) in the
electrical circuit that supplies the bathroom. This RCD must have arated residual operating
current of no more than 30 mA. Ask your plumber for advice.
• Before connecting the appliance, make sure that the voltage indicated on the appliance
corresponds to the local voltage.
• Do not use the appliance for purposes other than those described in this manual.
• Do not use the device on articial hair.
• When the appliance is connected to the power supply, never leave it unattended.
• Never use accessories or parts from other manufacturers or those not expressly recommended
by the manufacturer. If you use such accessories or parts, the warranty will be void.
• Do not wind the main cable around the appliance.
• Wait for the appliance to cool down before storing it.
• Do not pull the power cord after use. Always disconnect the appliance from the socket by
holding the plug.
