SAFETY INFORMATION & WARNINGS
Please read the following guidelines carefully before using this air
conditioner.
• Only use this unit in household or residential settings.
• Always keep the unit on a flat surface and in a dry place. Keep at least 20
inches of space on all sides of the unit to maintain efficiency and safety.
• The power cord must comply with the safety regulations outlined in this
guide.
• Always ensure reliable grounding, and only use a compatible wall plug for
the power cord.
• After installing the air conditioner, make sure the plug is undamaged and can
be inserted into the outlet securely.
• Keep air intake and output openings free of any obstruction.
• The air conditioner must be installed in accordance with all relevant wiring
regulations. Do not attempt to modify the wiring of this unit.
• The air conditioner should not be used anywhere near gasoline appliances,
stoves or other heat sources or combustible materials.
• Always keep the power cord out of the way to prevent tripping hazards.
• If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, an
authorized service agent or similarly qualified person in order to avoid safety
hazards.
• This appliance can only be used by children 8 years old and above, and must

• Turn the unit off before unplugging the power cord.
• Do not place anything on top of the unit, or inside any of the air vents.
• Do not use insecticide spray or other flammable substances in the vicinity of
the air conditioner.
