Common non-fault phenomenon
Phenomenon Cause

“DOP”
The door is not closed properly
Door lock fault
Close the door
Please contact the maintenance center
Computer board does not display
Check whether the power supply or plug is
normal.
Check whether the power switch is turned on.
Clothes dryer does not start
Confirm whether the door is closed properly.
Confirm whether the program selection
"Start/Pause" button has been pressed.
Door opens automatically
Press and hold down the door handle to lock
the door.
Check for excessive clothing.
The drying standard is not
reached or the drying time is too
long.
Clean the filter screen
Use a more appropriate drying procedure.
Only authorized professional service technicians can repair the clothes dryer!
