7.1 Switching on the appliance
Press .
The appliance starts at fan setting 1.
7.2 Setting a fan level
Press , or .
7.3 Switching off the appliance
Press .
Note: If the fan is running at level 2 or 3, press twice.
7.4 Switching on intensive mode
If particularly strong odours or vapours develop, you
can use intensive mode.
Press .
After approx. six minutes, the appliance automatically
switches to a lower fan setting.
Note: You can switch on the intensive mode directly in
off-mode. Once the sixminutes has elapsed, the appli-
ance is switched off again.
7.5 Switching on the fan run-on
During the fan run-on, the appliance continues to run for
a short time and then switches off automatically.
1.
Switch on fan setting 1, 2 or 3.
2.
Press and hold .
The fan run-on starts; the button for the set fan setting
flashes.
The appliance switches off automatically after approx.
10 minutes.
7.6 Switching on intermittent ventilation
With intermittent ventilation, the appliance switches the
ventilation on and off at regular intervals.
Press and hold .
The appliance runs for approx.6minutes per hour,
flashes.
The interval ventilation switches off after 24hours.
7.7 Switching off interval ventilation
Press and hold or press .
7.8 Switching on the lighting
The lighting can be switched on and off independently
of the ventilation system.
Press .
7.9 Changing the colour temperature
1.
Open the filter cover.
2.
Remove the grease filters.
To avoid causing damage, do not bend the grease fil-
ters.
3.
Set the colour temperature using the switch on the
right-hand side of the appliance.
4.
Insert the grease filters.
5.
Close the filter cover.
7.10 Setting the brightness
Press and hold until the required brightness is
reached.
7.11 Switching off the lighting
Press .
7.12 Saturation indicator
The saturation indicator lights up if the grease filters
need to be cleaned or replaced.
After cleaning or replacing the filter, you should reset
the saturation indicator.
