Troubleshooting

The device does not

turn on

Make sure the plug is securely seated in the cigarette lighter socket.

Make sure that there is corrosion in the cigarette lighter socket.

Disconnect and connect the device again.

Music is not playing

Check if the device is connected to the mobile device, try connecting another device.

Make sure, that audio les have supported format.

Absence of sound

Make sure, that the volume is not set to 0.

Make sure, that player is not on pause.

Make sure, that FM-receiver is on and tuned to the same frequency as the FM transmitter.

Always select a free FM channel during tuning.

Precautionary measures

• Permissible environment temperature in operating mode: 0 to +50 °С.

• Do not expose the device to physical impacts.

• Do not use the device in a dusty and humid environment with extremely high and low temperatures.

• Do not disassemble device by yourself. In case of device failure, contact the service center.

• When starting the car engine, the device must be disconnected from the cigarette lighter.

• When using this product, obey applicable local laws and trac regulations.

• When using the device, ensure that airbags and safety zones, controls and instruments are not obstructed, or that the driver’s visibility is not obstructed.

• Avoid contacting the device with sources of electromagnetic radiation.

• Strictly follow the laws and regulatory acts of the region where the device is used. This device can not be used for illegal purposes.

• Do not operate the device if it is visibly damaged.

• The manufacturer is not liable for damage resulting from incorrect installation/mounting, improper use of the product or non-observance of the

operating instructions and/or safety instructions.
