12. The appliance can be very heavy when filled with wax. It should not be carried or moved
when full of wax as the weight and unsteady load can cause injury or strain. The product
should never be moved when filled with more than 5L (5L=5 kg approximately).
13. CAUTION: The lid must be placed on when the wax is dissolved. Do not mix wax with water
when melting. Wipe the water off before adding wax pieces.
14. NOTE: MSW-WAX-C71500 is protected by a thermal limiter with automatically reset function
to prevent accidental dry-heating. If the wax in the tank is boiled dry, it will be activated and
the appliance will turn itself off, although the lamp with remain on. The appliance must be
unplugged before it can be reset. To reset it, wait until the appliance has cooled down, then
power on the appliance again, check if the heating indicator light is on. If it is on, it indicates
the unit has recovered to normal working condition; if the light is still off, unplug the cord and
try to power on again. Repeat this operation several times until the appliance will be in normal
working condition.
Maintenance
• Only perform cleaning once the plug has been removed and the wax melter has completely
cooled down.
• Never immerse the wax melter into water.
• Pour hot water into the melter, brush sides, Melt the wax completely then pour out the
water.
• Do not use any cleaning products which can cause a health hazard.
• Use a soft cloth to wipe the urn body dry. Do not use abrasive materials to avoid scratches.
