OPERATION
1. Assemble 4 casters onto the dolly pan. Put the mini lift into the dolly.
2. Rotate the screw by ratchet wrench to adjust the height of the platform.
3. Adjust the platform to the appropriate height and place the lift to the bottom of the
motorcycle. Make sure that the center of the load align with the pivot, and keep the load
stable and safe.
4. When all above done, lift the motorcycle to appropriate height.
5. Tighten the motorcycle with other tools to keep it stable.
6. After repairing, rotate the ratchet wrench slowly and gently to lower the platform until it
departs form pivot, and then take the lift away.
CAUTION
1. The maximum load is 500KG, DO NOT exceed this rated capacity.
2. Use this lift for second-lift purposes only. DO NOT use it for any other purpose it is not
designed to perform.
3. Keep children and unauthorized persons away from the work area.
4. Wear ANSI-approved safety goggles when operating the lift.
5. Before using, lubricate the screw and the nuts with grease to make the lift flexible and
antifriction.
6. Always keep your hands and feet away from the working area.
