8. Power Disconnection: Do NOT disconnect the power supply while the
vibrating head is submerged in cement mud.
9. Proper Use: This vibrator is intended solely for vibrating cement mud. Do
NOT use it for any other applications.
Operation Steps:
1. Power Connection:
o Connect the vibrator's plug to the appropriate socket.
o Press the "Test" button on the RCD plug first, then press
"RESET" on the RCD plug to check if the indicator light turns
on. The power connection is confirmed when the indicator light
is on after pressing the "RESET" button.
2. Trial Run:
o Lift the vibrating head by the hose to prevent it from touching
any objects or the ground.
o Perform a trial run by pressing the ON/OFF switch on the
converter. The vibrating head will start at a lower frequency
and reach its highest frequency within about 5 seconds.
o After the trial run, switch off the vibrator using the ON/OFF
switch on the converter.
3. During Operation:
o After the trial run, the vibrator is ready for use. Slowly and
gently submerge the vibrating head into the cement mud
during operation.
o After completing the job, slowly pull the vibrating head out of
the cement mud.
