ACHTUNG: das Fahrzeug darf nicht höher als die zulässige
maximale Hubhöhe des Geräts angehoben werden -
diese ist auf den Vorschubstangen mit dem Aufkleber
"Limited Line" markiert. Die Kugelleitung, die den Hub-/
Senkmechanismus mit der Kurbel oder einem anderen
Werkzeug verbindet, ist so konstruiert, dass sie in extremen
Situationen (Überlastung oder weiteres Heben/Senken
über die werksseitig denierten Grenzwerte hinaus) abreißt
und dies ist ein vorsätzlicher Schutzmechanismus, der das
Gerät vor Beschädigungen schützt. Falls die Kugelleitung
abreißt, muss sie mit einer neuen ersetzt werden, bevor die
Nutzung des Geräts fortgesetzt werden kann.
ABSENKEN
Um das Fahrzeug abzusenken, müssen zunächst die Stützen
unter dem Fahrzeug entfernt werden (falls solche verwendet
wurden), danach muss der Sperrbolzen herausgezogen
werden – bei einem nicht herausgezogenen Sperrbolzen
wird dieser beschädigt! Die Kurbel oder ein anderes dafür
vorgesehenes Gerät gegen den Uhrzeigersinn drehen. Das
Fahrzeug darf nicht schnell abgesenkt werden, es muss mit
langsamen Bewegungen abgesenkt und genau beobachtet
werden. Die Anzahl der Umdrehungen in der Endphase
reduzieren, wenn das Fahrzeug auf den Rädern auf dem
Boden aufsetzt. Das Gerät komplett absenken, so dass das
Fahrzeug sicher auf den eigenen Rädern steht und das
Gerät bequem unter dem Fahrzeug entnommen werden
kann.
TRANSPORT/LAGERUNG
Das Gerät muss in nahezu senkrechter Position mit den
Rädern nach unten (siehe Abbildung unten) transportiert
werden, wobei das Gerät an der Verbindung auf der Seite
des Getriebes festgehalten werden muss.
Das Gerät kann in senkrechter oder waagerechter Lage
gelagert werden, z. B. kann es an der Wand aufgehangen
werden.
ACHTUNG: das gerät darf nicht unbeaufsichtigt an eine
Wand angelehnt werden!
3.4. REINIGUNG UND WARTUNG
a) Verwenden Sie zur Reinigung der Oberäche nur
nicht-korrosive Mittel.
b) Lagern Sie das Gerät an einem trockenen und
kühlen Ort, geschützt vor Feuchtigkeit und direkter
Sonneneinstrahlung.
c) Es ist verboten, das Gerät mit einem Wasserstrahl
abzuspritzen oder es in Wasser zu tauchen.
d) Das Gerät muss regelmäßig hinsichtlich seiner
technischen Leistungsfähigkeit und auf eventuelle
Schäden hin überprüft werden.
e) Verwenden Sie zur Reinigung ein weiches Tuch.
f) Verwenden Sie zur Reinigung keine scharfen und/
oder metallischen Gegenstände (z. B. eine Drahtbürste
oder einen Metallspatel), da diese die Oberäche des
Gerätematerials beschädigen können.
g) Mindestens vierteljährlich (oder öfters bei einer
regelmäßigen Nutzung des Geräts) müssen die
beweglichen Elemente des Geräts geschmiert
werden. Hierzu müssen die Schrauben der
Getriebegehäuse gelöst werden, danach müssen
die Inspektionsschrauben auf der oberen Seite des
Gehäuses gelöst werden, die einen Zugang zum
Inneren des Getriebes ermöglichen. Zum Schmieren
Getriebefett verwenden.

2.1. SAFETY AT THE WORKPLACE
a) Make sure the workplace is orderly and well lit.
A messy or poorly lit workplace may lead to accidents.
Try to anticipate what may happen, observe what is
going on and use common sense when working with
the device.
b) Upon discovering damage or irregular operation,
immediately switch the device o and report it to
a supervisor without delay.
c) If there are any doubts as to the correct operation
of the device, contact the manufacturer's support
service.
d) Only the manufacturer's service point may repair the
device. Do not attempt any repairs independently!
e) If a re starts, use solely powder or carbon dioxide
(CO
2
) re extinguishers suitable for use on live devices
to put it out.

a) Do not use the device when tired, ill or under the
inuence of alcohol, narcotics or medication which
can signicantly impair the ability to operate the
device.
b) The machine may be operated by physically t
persons who are able to handle the machine and
properly trained and who reviewed this operating
manual and received training in occupational health
and safety
c) The machine is not designed to be handled by persons
(including children) with limited mental and sensory
functions or persons lacking relevant experience and/
or knowledge unless they are supervised by a person
responsible for their safety or they have received
instructions on how to operate the machine
d) When working with the device, use common sense
and stay alert. Temporary loss of concentration whilst
using the device may lead to serious injuries.
e) Use personal protection equipment as required
for working with the device, specied in section 1
(Legend). The use of correct, approved personal
protection equipment reduces the risk of suering an
injury.
f) Do not overestimate your abilities. When using the
device keep your balance and remain stable at all
times. This will ensure better control over the device
in unexpected situations.
g) Do not wear loose clothing or jewellery. Keep hair,
clothes and gloves away from moving parts. Loose
clothing, jewellery or long hair may get caught in
moving parts.
2.3. SAFE DEVICE USE
a) Do not overload the device. Use appropriate tools for
the given task. A correctly selected device will perform
the task for which it was designed better and in a safer
manner.
