PROCEDIMIENTO DE ARMADO

A. Verifiquequelaperilladelreguladordelcalentadorestéen

apagado,girándolahastalaposición“OFF”.

B. Atornilleelcilindrodesechableajustándoloconlamanoala

tomadeentradadelregulador.Asegúresedequeelcilindro

degasestéenposiciónvertical.

C. Coloquefirmementeelcilindrodesechabledentrodelabase

deplástico.(VerFig.2).

INSTRUCCIONES DE ENCENDIDO

A. Antesdeencenderelcalentador,verifiquetodoslosacoples

yconexionesconunasolucióndejabón.NUNCA USE UN

FÓSFORO PARA BUSCAR FUGAS.Siencuentraunafuga

degas,nointenterepararousarelcalentador.Devuelvael

calentadoraldistribuidoroaladirecciónqueapareceenla

últimapágina.

B. Ajustelaperilladelregulador“Hi-Med-Lo-Off”alaposiciónde

“Med”(ensentidocontrahorario).

C. Paraencenderelcalentador,coloqueunfósforoencendido

sobrelarejillaprotectoradondeaparecelaindicación“Light

here”(Encenderaquí)enelreflector.(VerFig.5yFig.6).A

CONTINUACIÓNpresioneelbotóndelaválvulaenlallave

depasodeseguridad.Unavezencendidoelcalentador,

mantengapresionadoelbotóndelaválvuladurante

30segundos,luegosuéltelolentamente.

CUIDADO:NOPRESIONEELBOTÓNDELAVÁLVULAANTES

DEINSERTARELFÓSFOROENCENDIDO.NUNCAintente

encenderelcalentadorconunencendedorachispa.

D. Sielquemadornoseenciendedentrodelos30segundos,

muevaelbotóndelreguladordelcalentadoralaposición

de“Off”(ensentidohorario)ydejedisiparelgasduranteal

menos5minutosantesdevolverintentarencenderlo.

E. NOTA:Siseatascaraelorificio,loquepodríanotarsihay

unbajovolumendegasmientraselequipofuncionaen

“Hi”(Alto)conuncilindrolleno,osielcalentadordejara

defuncionarcorrectamenteporcualquierrazón,devuelva

elcalentadoraldistribuidoroaladirecciónqueaparece

enlaúltimapáginaparareparaciónoparacambiarlo

porunonuevo.NOINTENTEREPARAROMODIFICAREL

CALENTADOR.

F. Ajusteelniveldecalorllevandoelbotónalaposición

deseada.

ALMACENAMIENTO

A. Paraapagarelcalentador,lleveelbotónderegulacióndel

calentadoralaposiciónde“OFF”(ensentidohorario).

B. CUIDADO:Despuésdeapagarlaunidad,elcalentador

permaneceráextremadamentecaliente.Déjeloenfriarporal

menos15minutosantesdemanipularloyguardarlo.

C. ALMACENAMIENTO DEL CALENTADOR:Siempreretire

elcilindrodepropanodelcalentadorcuandonoloesté

utilizando.Guardesiempreloscilindrosdepropanoenun

lugarfresco,bienventilado,lejosdecualquierllamaofuente

decaloryenunlocalnohabitado.NOGUARDEELTANQUE

DEPROPANOAMENOSDE18METROSDEDISTANCIADE

LLAMASEXPUESTASOFUENTESDECALOR.
