CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
CAUTION! Disconnect the device from the main before cleaning it. Do not submerge it in water
or other liquids.
CAUTION! Do not use any aggressive cleaning agents, gasoline, solvents etc. to clean the device.
1. Use a damp cloth to wipe the fan’s housing and wipe it dry aerwards. Use a mild cleaning agent
for stubborn dirt.
2. The grates in the intake and exhaust openings can be vacuum-cleaned at low speed. Perform this
operaon very gently and carefully.
3. The remote is powered by a CR2025 3V baery. To access the baery, press the interlock’s em
-
bossing (arrow A) and then slide away the baery compartment (arrow B). When inserng a new
baery, make sure the polarity is correct. Once the baery is replaced, slide back the baery
compartment in the device.
CAUTION! Do not discard used baeries with your municipal waste. Only discard them in proper
pick-up points or at the store. Do not place the baery in re.
