BEFORE FIRST USE
1. Remove the device from the box, remove all bags, labels, cardboard proles and llers. Make sure
the device has not been damaged during transport. Contact the seller in case of any doubts.
2. Make sure the electrical mains parameters match the technical data on the device’s rang plate.
3. Carefully wash and dry all elements that contact food, following the recommendaon in the
“CLEANING & MAINTENANCE” chapter.
BLENDER ASSEMBLY AND USE
CAUTION! Do not allow the blender housing (1) to get wet. Prior to the accessories mounng/
demounng procedure, make sure the device is not connected to the power supply.
CAUTION! The temperature of food prepared with the blender must not exceed 60°C.
CAUTION! Do not extend the mixing aachment beyond the vessel in which the food is mixed
while the device is operang. To avoid dangerous situaons and food splashing outside, it is rec
-
ommended to use dedicated compartments or vessels with high side walls. Maximum volume of
mixed food arcles may not exceed 500 ml.
The MBL-43 version of the blender is a compact device facilitang everyday meal prepa-
raon. Especially recommended for mixing liquids, e.g. dairy products, sauces, fruit juices,
soups, mixed drinks and cocktails, as well as mixing so ingredients, pancake dough or may-
onnaise, and pureeing cooked ingredients, e.g. for preparing baby food. Prior to grinding large
ingredients with a blender cut them into smaller pieces (1-2 cm).
1. Aach one of the selected accessories to the blender housing (1): a mixing aachment (4), a whip-
ping aachment (6) or a chopping set (7). To lock the accessories, rotate the blender housing (1) rel-
ave to the aachment to the le unl it locks. Do the opposite for disassembling the aachment.
Pay close aenon in order to avoid self injures or parts damages when disconnecng accessories.
Shredding kit (7) – preparaon for work
Place the shredding container (C) on a dry and stable surface. When holding the plasc
sha, place the knife (B) into the container by pung it on the metal sha.
Place food items (vegetables, fruits, nuts, meat, onions, hard cheese, hard-boiled eggs,
garlic, herbs) inside the container. Replace the container lid (A) and turn it slightly coun-
terclockwise to lock.
