• Before using your appliance for the first time, clean the accessories in soapy water.
• Rinse and dry them carefully.
• Use your hand mixer to make light preparations: mayonnaise, whisked egg whites, sauces,
cake dough, crepe batter, etc.
• Do not use it for more than 1 minute for heavier preparations.
• Clean the whisks immediately after use to prevent any remaining egg or oil mixture sticking or
drying.
