harmless,anddefendOpenNETCFfromandagainstanyclaimsorlawsuits,includingattorneysfees,that
ariseorresultfromtheuseordistributionofyourmodicationstotheSOFTWAREandanyadditional
softwareyoudistributealongwiththeSOFTWARE.

TheSOFTWAREcomes“asis”,withnowarranties.Nonewhatsoever.Thismeansnoexpress,impliedor
statutorywarranty,includingwithoutlimitation,warrantiesofmerchantabilityortnessforaparticular
purposeoranywarrantyoftitleornon-infringement.

NeitherOpenNETCFnoritssupplierswillbeliableforanyofthosetypesofdamagesknownasindirect,
special,consequential,orincidentalrelatedtotheSOFTW AREorthislicense,tothemaximumextentthe
lawpermits,nomatterwhatlegaltheoryitsbasedon.Also,youmustpassthislimitationofliabilityon
wheneveryoudistributetheSOFTW AREorderivativeworks.

IfyousueanyoneoverpatentsthatyouthinkmayapplytotheSOFTW AREforaperson'suseofthe
SOFTWARE,yourlicensetotheSOFTW AREendsautomatically.

Thepatentrights,ifany,grantedinthislicenseonlyapplytotheSOFTWARE,nottoanyderivative
worksyoumake.
