Help
The wireless headset does not turn on.
•
The battery level is too low. Recharge your headset.
The wireless headset does not connect with the Bluetooth device.
• Ensure the Bluetooth function of the Bluetooth device has been turned on.
• Ensure the Bluetooth function of the previous connected device has been
turned o.
•
Ensure you follow the instructions in this user manual to connect the
headset (see page 7).
The wireless headset keeps disconnecting.

range.

Remove the wireless headset from the pairing list and connect it with the

• Check on your Bluetooth device if you have selected to listen to music
through the headset.
