any deactivation of the display does not necessarily
correspond to a loss of the stored parameters.
Once the batteries have been replaced, they must
be disposed of by taking all the necessary measures
to protect the environment, while the control unit can
be replaced on the bracket as described above in the
“Installation” chapter, if necessary.
7. Maintenance
Except for the periodic replacement of the batteries,
the chronothermostat does not require any mainte-
nance. For cleaning, use a dry cloth; do not use liquid
or aerosol detergents and avoid treating the surfaces
with aggressive or corrosive chemical agents. Final-
ly, it is recommended to keep the chronothermostat
off during cleaning.
8. Troubleshooting
The understanding and the rigorous respect of the
indications of this manual normally allow to opera-
te without problems; in any case, the most frequent
causes of critical issues in the use of the chronother-
mostat are listed below: these are, in most cases,
easily resolvable problems.
