These settings allow a conventional use, valid in
most situations; however, as mentioned, it is pos-
sible to change the start time and the temperature
of each band over the entire 24-hour period, even
inconsistently with respect to the standard default
condition (for example, a band from 0:00 to 21: 00
and subsequent collections in the remaining three
hours); however the icons will remain those indicated
in the table. To understand the operating principle
even better, keep in mind the following indications:
• The minimum duration of a band is one minu-
te, which corresponds to the minimum differen-
ce between the start time of two consecutive
bands.
• Since the six bands are consecutive and cyclical
to each other, it is not possible to set the start
time of a band at a time prior to the start time
of the previous band: the setting procedure will
only display subsequent times.
• The sixth and last band (night) will inevitably
end after midnight, unless the start of the rst
band (awakening) has been set exactly at 0:00;
in that case, the sixth band will end at 23:59:59.
• To maintain a constant temperature throughout
the day, the start time of each band is irrelevant,
as the bands are consecutive and uninterrup-
