3. Installation
The thermostat must be installed in an area that has
optimal climatic conditions and as stable as pos-
sible, where the continuous presence of people is
expected: it is in fact able to monitor the ambient
temperature of the point in which it is located, the-
refore it is it is advisable to install it in an area where
a prolonged presence is expected (e.g. living rooms
or bedrooms). In case of installation in different are-
as (hallways or corridors), when programming it is
necessary to consider the temperature difference
between the installation area and the living areas.
The ideal height for positioning the chronothermostat
is about 1.5 meters from the ground, in consideration
of the need to consult the display, which must be at
eye level, and to use the keyboard.
