8. Error messages
You may see the following error messages when you are working with the
program:
8.1 No host adapter

It is not possible to establish a link between the SCSI controller and the
camera.
• Check that you have fully installed the software for your SCSI controller.
• Check that the driver is loaded when you boot your PC.
• Check that the correct pointer to the SCSI controller has been added to
line 1 of “config.sys” (cf. Page 13, Chapter 4).
8.2 Device not ready

The camera is not being detected.
• Check the camera’s power supply/battery voltage.
• Check that the camera is switched on and is in SCSI mode
(cf. Chapter 3).
