5.3. TROUBLESHOOTING

Problem Possible Cause Solution

No reception on the

monitor

Camera not turned on Press and hold down button (III) for 2

seconds

Monitor not turned on Press and hold down the power button (6)

Camera: not plugged in to the power

adapter

Plug in the power adapter

Monitor: The power adapter is

not plugged in or the battery is

low (check LED)

Plug in the power adapter or charge the

battery

The VOX mode or the MD

mode are active

To see the monitored area continuously,

disconnect the VOX or MD mode on the

monitor

Monitor out or range Move the monitor closer to the camera

Connection lost between the monitor

and a camera already linked

Move the monitor closer to the camera

No images are displayed

but sounds are heard

Low monitor battery power

Plug in the power adapter or charge the

Check whether the camera is in night

battery and if necessary replace it with the

one supplied with the appliance

If the Baby Unit has lost

its link with the Parent

The camera and monitor may be too

far apart

Move the monitor closer to the camera

The link between both units has

been lost momentarily

Reset the units by disconnecting them from

the electrical power. Wait about 15 seconds

before reconnecting. Allow up to one

minute for the Baby Unit and the Parent

Unit to synchronize.

The link between both units has

been lost

Pair the camera and monitor again.
