ASSEMBLY
WARNING
Always lock the trigger or remove
the battery pack any time the tool
is not in use.
For use only with the battery and charger in the
"Specications" section.
Removing/Inserting the Battery
To remove the battery, push in the release buttons
and pull the battery pack away from the tool.
To insert the battery, slide the pack into the body
of the tool. Make sure it latches securely into place.
WARNING
Recharge only with the charger
specified for the battery. For
specic charging instructions, read the opera-
tor’s manual supplied with the charger and bat-
tery.
Only use accessories specically recommended
for this tool. Others may be hazardous.
Connecting the Spray Wand
to the Trigger Handle
(Cat. No. 49-16-19PS)
1. WARNING! Remove battery to avoid

starting the tool.
2. Insert the spray wand into the trig-
ger handle (1) until firmly seated.
3. Slide the nut onto the threaded cou-
pling and hand tighten securely (2).
4. Pull on the spray wand to be certain
it is properly secured.
5. Place the assembled trigger handle
and wand into one of the wand stor-
age locations.
Connecting the Nozzles
(Cat. No. 49-16-19PS)
Select and screw on nozzle by job type. Rotate the tip
of the nozzle to adjust the spray pattern as desired.
Connecting Water Supply or Nozzle
(Cat. No. 49-16-19WS)
To attach water supply hose to the tool

or nozzle, push the quick connect tting
and tool/nozzle together (1). Pull on the
connection to be certain it is properly
secured.
To remove, pull the collar back to re-
lease (2).
