Gefahr!
Stromschlaggefahr, Gefahr von Geräteschäden nach der Demontage:
Wenn der WTV demontiert wird, ist der Deckel des Waschautomaten durch die verbleibenden Löcher nicht ausreichend
dicht. Der Waschautomat kann nicht mehr sicher betrieben werden.
Bevor der Waschautomat wieder ohne den WTV betrieben wird, die Dichtigkeit des Deckels durch eine der folgenden
Maßnahmen sicherstellen:
• Die Löcher im Deckel mit Silikon verschließen, oder
• einen neuen Deckel auf den Waschautomaten montieren. (Deckel ist beim Miele Fachhandel erhältlich.)
Stromschlaggefahr bei der Deckelmontage:
Die Demontage / Montage des Deckels darf nur von einer Elektro-Fachkraft unter Berücksichtigung der gültigen
Sicherheitsbestimmungen durchgeführt werden.
Vor Wartungs- und Instandsetzungsarbeiten das Gerät von der elektrischen Versorgung trennen.

Note
These fitting instructions are for a washer-dryer stack with a W 4000 or W 6000 series washing machine with flat sloping
fascia (72°) in combination with a T 7000 tumble dryer.
Warning!
Heat-pump dryers must only be transported as shown, Fig. 2. If the dryer is transported in any other way, it must be
allowed to stand upright for 1 h before it is connected to the mains power supply. Otherwise the heat pump can be
damaged.
A Lay the frame with shelf closed on the washing machine lid.
A Align the frame such that the front edge of the shelf is flush with the washing machine fascia.
A With one hand, hold the frame firmly in the aligned position. With the other hand, pull out the drawer, lift it at the front
and remove it.
A Mark the hole positions for the frame on the washing machine lid.
A Remove the frame.
A Apply silicone sealant around the marked hole areas. Diameter approx. 25 mm / 1 inch, Fig. 3, Pos. A.
A Fit the frame on the washing machine and align it such that the front edge is flush with the washing machine fascia.
A Use the 10 countersunk wood screws to secure the frame on the washing machine lid, Fig. 3, Pos. B.
A Condenser dryer/Heat-pump dryer: Empty all condensate from the container drawer.
A Adjust the dryer feet such that they protrude by 14 mm (9/16 inch), Fig. 3, Pos. C.
A Release the fascia and remove it, Fig. 3, Pos. E.
A Fit the dryer on the washing machine in its guides, Fig. 3, Pos. D.
A Insert the retaining pieces and secure them, Fig. 3, Pos. D.
A Fit the fascia cover piece and clip it in place, Fig. 3, Pos. E.
A Fit the drawer, close it and open it again.
