Familiarisation
This vacuum cleaner can be used for
daily cleaning of carpets, rugs and ro-
bust hard floors.
Miele offers a range of suitable ac-
cessories for many special applica-
tions (see “Optional accessories”).
Certain models are supplied as standard
with a turbobrush which is not illus-
trated.
The turbobrush is supplied with its own
set of operating instructions.
Accessories included (Fig. 01)
Dusting brush
For vacuuming scratch-resistant
surfaces, e.g. keyboards or vacu-
uming up crumbs.
The dusting brush is removable
and can be placed on the suction
tube to vacuum hard-to-reach
areas.
2-in-1 upholstery and crevice
nozzle
For cleaning in folds, crevices and
corners as well as for vacuuming
upholstered furniture, mattresses,
cushions, curtains, etc.

This generally contains a mixture of
dust, hair, threads, carpet fluff, grit, etc.
However, if the vacuum cleaner has
been used to vacuum up fine dust, such
as drilling dust, sand, plaster dust or
