How to deal with a power failure?
If the machine enters the power failure memory state after a power failure, it will
automatically start and continue to run the program after the power is restored.
After the water supply is cut off, the water inflow process cannot be completed,
and the machine displays E10; after water is turned on, press "Start/Pause" button to
resume operation.

In case of water leakage, turn off the power supply and faucet timely, and troubleshoot
the machine as follows:

This is caused by too much laundry detergent
or too thick detergent. Please change the
programme to "RINSE&SPIN" to increase
rinsing times.
Check whether the clothes are clamped at the
door glass and sealing ring; check whether
there are impurities and foreign matters at the
sealing ring and door glass, and if any, wipe
them clean

1.Please check whether the sewer is blocked,
as it may cause poor drainage. Clean the drain
hose and check whether the water inlet hose
is connected tightly;
