Milk
1. You need 1 liter of milk.
2. The yogurt made from whole milk is thicker than that made from low fat milk.
3. To make the yogurt thicker, add 8 tablespoons of milk powder to the liquid milk.
4. You can also use reduced milk powder or canned dehydrated milk.
Making Yogurt
1. You need to kill the bacteria in the milk to prevent it from competing with the
bacteria in the yogurt starter.
2. Allow the yogurt starter to reach room temperature while you are heating the milk.
3. Open the lid.
4. Heat the milk to near boiling with the stew (Frying/Saute /Soften/Boil) program
5. Heat the milk until the edges begin to bubble.
6. Allow the milk to cool down to 37°C~45°C.
7. Stir the yogurt starter into the milk.
8. Both must be thoroughly mixed or the yogurt will cake.
9. Close the lid.
10. Use the button to select in the menu.
11. Select the cooking time. The default time is 8 hours.
12. Only the "Hr" and "Min" buttons are available when the time flashes on the display.
13. Use the "Min" button to select the following options to adjust the display time (10, 15,
20. 24, 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, 50, and 55).
14. Use the "Hr" button to select the following options to adjust the display time (6, 7, 8,
9, and 10).
15. To cancel the 10-hour cooking, press the "Hr" button again while the time is flashing.
If no settings are made within 2 minutes, the appliance will return to standby mode.
16. You can choose to use the "Time" of the program (see "Time").
17. Press the button.
18. The display will count down.
19. At the end of cooking, the appliance will enter standby mode.
20. It does not keep the yogurt warm.
21. Press the button, open the lid and take out the food.
