Pour the recommended amount of liquid fabric softener into the
softener compartment.
• The dispenser automatically releases liquid fabric softener at the
correct time during the rinse cycle.
• Whenever fabric softner is used, please make sure to select FABRIC
SOFTNER on the Rinse selector knob.

• Do not use liquid fabric softener that is too thick as it may not mix

4. Select the appropriate cycle and opinions for the load

Turn the cycle selector to select a washing cycle. For information on
wash cycles, see W
asher options and settings on page 31.
5. Start your washer

Optional: Use the control panel buttons (like Water Level) to
customize the washing cycle. For descriptions of buttons, See Control
panel on page 27. For information about which buttons are available
for each cycle type, see Washer options and settings on page 31.
Press the Start Pause button.
Note: As your washer moves from stage tostage in the wash cycle, the
related light turns on (such as Rinse or Spin).
