Unpack the box, take out the base and lower body, turn the base upside down, pass
the power cord through the middle round hole of the chassis, and then fix the base
and chassis with a lock nut.

Press the power cord down along the chassis wire groove, so that the power cord is
completely stuck in the slots at both ends of the wire groove.
