security settings
Provide a programming file with an
encryption key that matches that on the
device.
Run DEVICE_INFO action to verify that
the device has no security. If the device
does not have security, you cannot erase
it.
First program security with master
programming file, then program with user
encryption 1/2 field update programming
files.
You must first ERASE security with the
master security file, then you can
reprogram new security settings.
