When making larger holes for the

backing plate, using a step bit is

recommended. With each step,

check to be sure the plate will

pass through the dash panel.

Note: when making larger holes for the backing

plate, we recommend using a step bit. Be sure

to check with each step to see if the plate will

pass through the dash panel. (Figure G)

6. Push the (4) screw posts of the backing

plate through the dash panel. (Figure H)

7. Place the front grille into the dash panel,

pushing the locating pins through the

backside of the dash panel. Using the

locating pins, place the backing plate into

place. (Figure I)

Use the (4) 2.5mm Allen head screws

to tighten the grille to the dash panel.
