4.

Using a 1/4" drill bit, drill the (4) locations

in the template for the backing plate,

(Figure G) then drill the (2) locations in the

template for the locating pins. (Figure H)

5. Remove the template and clean up the

opening by removing any excess with a

utility knife. (Figure I)

Note: when making larger holes for the backing

plate, we recommend using a step bit. Be sure

to check with each step to see if the plate will

pass through the dash panel. (Figure J)

6. Push the (4) screw posts of the backing

plate through the dash panel. (Figure K)
