Fixing of the display.
Mount the steel plate on the wall using self-tapping screws. Ensure the distance between the two holes is 60mm, and the hole
diameter is less than 50mm. Use M4*15mm pan head cross-pointed tail tapping screws for installation. Once the wiring is correctly
completed, position the thermostat against the steel plate and slide the buckle down to secure it in place. The installation is now
finished.
Compartment opening and electrical connection.
Create a hole in the compartment where the machine is installed to allow for proper recirculation of internal air. Cover this hole with
the provided grille, ensuring it allows at least 300 cm² of airflow. Install the supplied condensation drain pipes, then connect the
receiver extension to the machine. Finally, plug the machine into a 220V - 50Hz socket outlet to power it on.
Before powering up, ensure that both the campsite column and the extension cord are capable of supporting the power input
required by the machine. Refer to the technical data on the rating label and in the manual for specifications.
Air duction.
Construct the air ducting using commercially available parts, which are not supplied. It is
recommended to use a cardboard pipe for air conditioning that has an aluminium core and an
external PVC covering, with an inside nominal diameter of 60mm. The outside diameter of this
pipe is 64mm.
To join the ventilation pipes, simply press them together, taking advantage of the tapered hole
on the air outlet. The pipes can be connected either to the outlet on the coil side or, by
removing the guard and closing the front holes, to the side outlet.
For optimal efficiency, follow these guidelines:
• Keep the air pipes as short and straight as possible.
• Avoid using pipes longer than 5 meters.
• Ensure pipes are not placed near heat sources.
The recirculated air should enter through a grille or other openings with a total cross-section of
at least 300 cm². The recirculation air opening must be located near the machine. If this isn’t
possible, ensure that the airflow is not obstructed by anything (consider creating an air duct
between the opening and the machine if needed).
The recirculation air should be drawn from inside the passenger compartment. Drawing air
from the outside will reduce the efficiency of the machine.
