dry. Pay close attention to the edge of the blades, which must be handled wearing oven
gloves.
In any case, avoid aggressive detergents, abrasive sponges, iron wool or other chemical
detergents: accumulations of food matter on the blades can be softened by briefly
soaking them in hot water.
Use only a cloth moistened with water on the motor body surfaces.
