1. Place the radiator body upside down on a flat, horizontal surface, making sure it is
stable and will not fall over.
2. Unscrew the wing nuts from the U-bolt supplied, secure the U-bolt to the flange
facing the U between the first and second fins (near the front cover).
3. To secure the wheel mounting plate to the radiator body, insert the threaded ends
of the U-bolt into the holes on the wheel mounting plate.
4. Re-tighten the wing nuts on the U-bolt and tighten the wing nut until you feel
resistance. Do not overtighten, as this could damage the radiator flange.
5. Unscrew the ball nut from the wheel, align the shaft with the hole in the wheel
mounting plate, insert it and screw the ball nut back on.
6. Repeat steps 2, 3, 4 and 5 on the rear of the radiator to mount the rear wheels,
which must be mounted between the two end fins.
Place the assembled appliance on a flat and stable surface, check that its location
complies with the safety requirements in section 2 above. Therefore, it must be
positioned at a safe distance from fixed or moving objects, build-ups or sources of
water or other liquids, etc.
The appliance can now be put into operation.
First start-up and operating check: Once the appliance has been safely assembled,
connect the cable to a compliant electrical socket and carry out the following steps
in order:
Turn the power selector to “3”.
Turn the thermostat all the way in the clockwise direction.
Make sure that the red indicator light switches on.
Wait a few seconds.
At a safe distance, check with your hand that the surfaces of the elements are
heating up.
Turn the power selector to “0” and make sure that the red indicator light has
switched off.
