• The appliance must not be used if it shows deformations, bulges, cracks in
the casing, missing parts, even partial colour changes, or other structural
anomalies. If these conditions occur, disconnect the power supply and
contact qualified technical personnel.
• Slight smoke and a slight burning smell may occur when using the appliance
for the first time: this situation is normal and does not constitute a fault or
hazard unless it lasts beyond the first few minutes of use.
• The product is not designed for operation in industrial environments, large
commercial areas, large public or community areas, basements, garages,
garrets, pergolas, porches or other locations where it may be exposed to the
elements.
• The appliance must be kept out of the reach of children under 8 years of age;
in any case make sure that it is not used for play.
• The product must not be made available to children even after it has been
decommissioned insofar as it contains certain parts that may cause injury if
used improperly.
• If the appliance is used by children, even if they are over 8 years old, or by
persons with reduced cognitive, sensory or motor skills, they must be
instructed about the dangers of incorrect use of the appliance and it must be
guaranteed that the information has been correctly and fully understood.
Adequate supervision must however be ensured.
• Do not use the product in the presence of sources or accumulations of liquids:
ensure a safe distance from containers, tanks, taps, piping, dehumidifiers,
expansion or storage tanks, gutters, downpipes, filling and drain pipes, etc.
• Before installation, check that the rated voltage indicated on the rating plate
attached to the appliance corresponds to the mains voltage.
• The product must not be installed near windows or openings where it may be
exposed to the elements, nor in the vicinity of curtains, ornamental plants or
other bodies that could collide with moving parts.
• The product must be placed on a horizontal, flat and stable surface, sheltered
against impact, accidental or otherwise, with objects of any kind.
• The product must not be placed in the path of opening doors or windows,
shutters, blinds, louvres, movable partitions or the like.
• Do not move the product while it is running.
• Do not use the product after a fall: have it checked by qualified technical
personnel.
• Do not place any objects in the fan oscillation area during operation: such
