described in FREE COOKING PROGRAM. The parameters will adapt to the new choices
and the process will continue until the end.
3) Interior lighting: To improve the visibility of food during cooking, an internal
lighting system is permanently in operation: the drawer window (F) should be used to
assess cooking progress and any need for stirring or stopping the process.
4) Pausing the program: You can stop and then resume cooking, leaving the
minutes remaining at the end of the process unchanged, without having to stop the
program, losing the cooking data, or pulling out the drawer, causing an abrupt drop in
preparation that could thus be compromised. Pauses are useful whenever operation of
the appliance would be inconvenient, reserving, for example, a large part of the current
available on an ordinary domestic appliance. In fact, by pausing the appliance, the
heating element does not undergo any heating until the next restart, while the food
remaining inside the cooking chamber, which is not opened, cools spontaneously
extremely slowly. To pause the appliance, tap the icon (2) during cooking: the remaining
cooking time is always reset by tapping the icon (2). During the pause, the fan draws in
hot air again for 15 seconds, after which it stops along with the internal lighting. Pauses
last for a maximum of one minute, after which they go into stand-by mode, which
requires the cooking process to be fully programmed again.
5) Stopping cooking: At the end of the programmed cooking time, whether
selected from a pre-set or free program, the appliance automatically stops cooking;
however, it is possible to stop it in advance, stopping the process manually if you decide
it has been cooked enough, by touching the icon (1). The fan draws air for a further 15
seconds and goes into cooling mode, shutting down completely within the next minute.
DELAYED START
After selecting the pre-set program or setting a free program cooking parameters, it is
possible to select after how many hours of delay you intend to start cooking, if you
intend to have the cooking completed at a pre-set time. Keep in mind that the delay that
can be programmed is that of the start of cooking; therefore, to find out the time at
which the food will be finished cooking, you will need to add the cooking time itself.
Immediately before the cooking start command, tap the icon (4): the display shows a
standard delay of two hours, which can be changed from 1 to 24 by tapping the icon (6).
Tapping the icon (2) starts the countdown, shown in full hours on the display, at the end
of which the cooking starts spontaneously.
AT THE END OF COOKING
Once the remaining time has elapsed, the appliance emits a few consecutive beeps and,
after a short period of idle operation, stops; it is now possible to pull out the drawer and
