CONTROL PANEL: OPERATING AND INSTRUCTIONS
Temperature setting
Turn the temperature adjustment knob clockwise until reaching the
desired value (from 70° C to 230° C).
The optimal temperature varies according to the food to be cooked.
Function setting
Select the optimal operating mode based on the food to be cooked.
Convection function is working together with
both upper and bottom heating elements.
Both upper and bottom heating elements are
working.
The upper heating element is working.
The bottom heating element is working.

Timer setting
Thanks to the timer it is possible to set the automatic switch-off of the
oven after a preset time, which varies according to the food to be
cooked.
Turn the timer knob clockwise to the desired value. The numbers
correspond to the cooking minutes after which the oven will
automatically turn off. An acoustic signal will indicate the end of the
cooking cycle.
If you want to set a time less than 5 minutes, turn the timer knob to a
time longer than 6 minutes, then bring it to the desired value.
If you wish to manually switch the oven off any time during cooking, turn
the timer knob counterclockwise to "OFF" position.
If scale has settled inside the oven, cooking may take longer than
expected.
