Following details will help you use your product ecologically and eco-
nomically.
. Use as little water as possible during the cooking process.
. Use pans and pots that are sucient for the amount of food.
. Use pans and pots of the type suitable for the amount of food for
small quantities.
. Use pots and pans made of materials with good heat conduction.
For example, pots and pans made of cast iron, steel, or enamel heat
faster compared to glass or ceramic baking ware, consuming less en-
ergy.
. Select the lowest energy setting where the water can boil. Reduce
the current energy setting to as low as possible to maintain the re-
quired temperature.
. Ensure that the cooking item is centred on the hob.
7. If possible, only cook in pots and pans with lids. Thus, you will pre-
vent unnecessary heat loss.
