Many functions of this TV - such as streaming services, apps, media libraries, free TV content or soft-

ware updates - require an active internet connection.

A stable and suciently fast connection is required to play online content in order to enjoy lms,

series or live programmes without interruption.

If the TV is connected via a mobile router or hotspot with a SIM card, data volume is consumed when

streaming videos or downloading apps. Depending on the picture quality (e.g. HD or 4K), data con-

sumption can be very high.

Please note that this may result in additional costs, depending on your mobile phone tari, especially

if you do not have a data at rate.

If the playback jerks, stops or reloads frequently, this is usually due to insucient internet speed or

limited bandwidth.

The connection can be weaker on campsites or in holiday resorts in particular, as many users share a

common Wi-Fi or mobile phone connection.

For reliable playback, we recommend using a fast Internet connection and - if possible - a LAN con-

nection instead of Wi-Fi.
