Battery Operation

Note

Please charge and discharge the new battery completely two to

three times in succession, so that it will achieve its full

performance!

Batteries store electrical energy in their cells and then deliver it when needed.

The useful life and performance of your battery depend on careful handling.

The battery should be completely discharged before a charging process and

completely charged again, in order to optimize its useful life and its

performance.

You must also pay attention to the Safety Notes from page 8.

Inserting the Battery

Slide the battery into the battery compartment. Lock the battery under all

circumstances, in order to avoid it falling out unintentionally.
