When using the device on multiple areas that have been stung and bitten,
it is recommended that you clean the heating plate each time. This reduc-
es the possibility of germs and bacteria being transferred from one area of
skin to the next. Use a commercially available alcohol disinfection wipe to
disinfect the heating plate.
9. What if there are problems?
