Cabling and 12V power connection

Only one cable is required to the antenna, using Power

over Ethernet (PoE) to power the router, meaning there

are no limitations on cable length.

The PoE adaptor also features an additional port for

connecting a wired device such as a laptop or TV.

This kit comes complete with a 5m Ethernet Cable.

Connection diagram

Connect the Ethernet Cable and 12V Cigarette Adaptor

into the POE Adaptor as shown.

The POE Adaptor can be mounted to a wall using the

supplied screw for a neat installation.

230V powering option

For those who have a 230V power supply a separate

PSU unit can be purchased separately from Maxview.

Connecting the Ethernet Cable

to the Antenna Enclosure

1. Unscrew the weatherproof cable gland from the

antenna enclosure.

2. Separate all components.

3. Loosely re-assemble the components onto the

Ethernet Cable as shown right.

4. Insert the Ethernet Connector into the Ethernet Socket.

5. Finally, securely tighten all gland components together.

Then re-attach to the antenna enclosure.
