Care and maintenance
Cast iron or enamelled parts
In order to clean the hotplate, burner caps and pan supports on your
hob, please use a soft cloth and hot, soapy water.
Stubborn stains can be removed with a non-abrasive cleaning agent,
so as not to damage the enamel surface.
NOTE: The enamelled pan supports can also be cleaned safely in
the dishwasher.

Stainless steel
To clean the hotplate surface, clean with a cloth soaked in hot, soapy
water and then dry with a soft cloth to avoid scratching.
Plastic
To clean the control knobs, wipe clean with a damp, soapy cloth.The
control knobs may be removed for thorough cleaning, if necessary,
but ensure not to damage the seal.
