Fallover (see above).
4. If the fallover type is Manual, rotate SELECT (the left-
hand dial) to choose Type and rotate ADJUST (the
right-hand dial) to choose the input type (see above).
5. If the fallover type is anything other than Manual,
press the up arrow button once to go to the first

and rotate ADJUST (the right-hand dial) to select
Auto, Delayed or Latch (see above).
6. Press UTILITY to exit the menu or pressINPUT several
times to step through the channels.
Trim digital input gain
This amplifier can use analogue inputs, AES3 digital
inputs or Dante digital inputs (page 17). The TRIM menu
item allows you update digital input gain.
AES inputs
When you assign a DSP input channel to AES3 (page 20),
the AES3 indicator illuminates.
There is no standard for the relative gains between
analogue and AES3 inputs so depending on the levels
delivered by the audio sources, you may need to adjust
the digital input gain trims to normalise them. For
example:
To achieve 0dBFS = +18dBu, set the AES3 trim to –
2dB.
To achieve 0dBFS = +24dBu, set the AES3 trim to
+4dB.
This device will automatically lock onto any sample rate
within the range 28kHz and 108kHz.
Dante Inputs
Using
Dante input (page 17), you can select any channel
or channels as being sourced from this network. To do
this, connect the audio network to the connection on the
back panel (page 11) and set the relevant Input channels
to Dante (page 20).
When you select Dante as part of the input routing, the
Dante indicator illuminates (it does this even if there are
no cables plugged into the Dante ports).
As with the AES3 inputs, you can set the relative gain
between analogue input and audio sourced from Dante.
The amplifier will automatically select the correct sample
rate from the incoming stream.
For other details on the operation of Dante, please refer to
the relevant manufacturer’s documentation.
To trim digital input gain
1. Press
INPUT to select the channel. For details, see
Selecting the input channel (page 18).
2. Press the down arrow button
several times until
TRIM appears top left (usually seven presses).
3. Rotate ADJUST (the right-hand dial) to choose the
AES3 gain (–40 to 20dB in 0.2 increments).
4. Rotate SELECT (the left-hand dial) to choose Dante
and rotate ADJUST (the right-hand dial) to choose the
Dante gain (–40 to 20dB in 0.2 increments).
5. Press
UTILITY to exit the menu or pressINPUT several
times to step through the channels.
Drive module latency
Use the Latency menu item to see the current Latency
delay (page 50).
To see the latency
1. Press
INPUT to select the channel. For details, see
Selecting the input channel (page 18).
2. Press the down arrow button
several times until
Latency appears top left (usually eight presses).
The latency shown on the front panel
doesn't include the input and output
latencies (page 50).
3. Press UTILITY to exit the menu or pressINPUT several
times to step through the channels.
Input FIR
For input FIR, there are nine stages of equalisation
available for each channel:
