Connection instructions for Phoenix terminal blocks
To connect the Phoenix terminal blocks, always use the following procedure:
strip the jacket 20mm
strip the wires 7 mm
DO NOT pre tin the wires
cover the ground wire with a heat shrink sleeving
put the wire up to the plastic sleeve in the terminal block
use a small flathead screwdriver to firmly close the contact
make a strain relief so no stain is on the connection
for suitable wire thickness, please refer to the table below

Conductor cross section stranded min. 0.2 mm

Conductor cross section stranded, with ferrule without plastic sleeve min. 0.25 mm
