Installing the Drive Belt

1. Clean any oil and grease from the axles and the roller
2. Install a new „O“ ring. Do not let it come into contact with
grease or oil.
3 .Press the spring-loaded wheel pickup on to the frame.
4. Thread the grooves for the axle bearings into the cutouts on
the Rail Zeppelin‘s frame.
5. Use the tweezers to reach through the window opening and
slip the „O“ ring on the roller for the propeller shaft.
6. Slip the „O“ ring on the roller for the rear axle.
7. Grease the axle bearings again. Important: Do not let grea-
se or oil come into contact with the „O“ ring.
Antriebsriemen einbauen
1. Achse und Laufrolle entfetten.
2. Neuen O-Ring einsetzen, nicht mit
Fett in Berührung bringen.
3. Gefederte Radschleifkontakte zum
Fahrgestell drücken.
4. Nuten der Achslager in Ausschnitte
des Fahrgestells einfädeln.
5. Mit Pinzette durch Fenster greifen
und O-Ring auf die Laufrolle der
Propellerachse fädeln.
6. O-Ring auf die Laufrolle der Hinter-
achse fädeln.
7. Achslager neu fetten. Achtung: Kein
Fett auf den O-Ring bringen
